Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Marketplace. Once downloaded, you can be up and running in just a few minutes. First, sign up with your information on the sign up screen.
Once you have successfully signed up for Centsy, you will be prompted to connect your Coinbase account. Since Centsy is not a wallet or exchange, Coinbase is where all of your cryptocurrency will be purchased and stored.
You will be taken to a log-in screen on Coinbase. Don't worry if you don't yet have a Coinbase account, you can create one easily from this screen. If you already have a Coinbase account this is where you will enter your login information.
Once you have successfully signed into Coinbase, you will see this screen that allows Centsy to connect to Coinbase. Centsy has been built to only trigger purchases that you allow within your Coinbase account. There is no option to sell or trade cryptocurrency from within your Centsy account.
After connecting Coinbase, you will be prompted to connect your bank account via Plaid. Centsy only uses the account you connect to track your round-ups by viewing transactions. Centsy does not view or store account information.
Once your bank account and Coinbase account are both successfully connected, you are ready to get started investing. You will be able to set your preferences, determine which coin(s) you want to get started with and how quickly you want to invest.
